We'd heard good things, but were cautious going in. The results surprised us. Shoppers are actually finding what they're looking for now. The chatbot and the missing sizes funnel have both made a noticeable impact in our conversion rate and AOV. The thing that used to kill us was dead ends, especially during sales, someone wants a size, it's out of stock, they leave. That doesn't really happen the same way anymore. Setup was surprisingly painless, our team didn't have to touch anything, it was just running. Would recommend!

I was skeptical at first... we're a busy team and I didn't have the bandwidth to manage another app integration. But honestly there was nothing to manage. It just worked. The natural language search does what it says, and the unavailable size feature has been the real surprise instead of hitting a dead end, customers get shown similar items in their size. We've kept sales we would have otherwise lost. The rest, proactive suggestions, complete the Look, quick add-to-cart, all adds up. Glad we tried it. I'll also install on another website I manage.
