The onboarding process though complicated was very much supported by the team through live video calls to show how to work with the system. Communications were never left longer than 24 hours and they always found a solution to any additional needs we had. We now have a stable B2B offering and our customers using the new portal are growing. This has streamlined our B2B business and taken a lot of work off our team as its automated the ordering, allowing our sales team to focus on bringing in new Clients. I Would Highly recommend the product and the team. The support after the onboarding is also very communicative and fast.
A really good experience, there's nothing the team won't do to overcome obstacles, with a really quick response time too. They also created several features for us that we really needed, so went above and beyond on our behalf. Highly recommend Fena, and my customers have all reported a good experience so far too.

Never was able to log in
