O atendimento é extremamente ruim e as respostas do atendimento ao cliente são superficiais! O problema nunca foi resolvido! As informações de logística não são atualizadas há muito tempo e o pacote não foi entregue. Entrei em contato com a transportadora diversas vezes, mas me disseram que estava "processando" e não houve progresso. Eles não me notificaram proativamente quando a entrega não foi concluída, o que atrasou meu uso. Foi uma experiência péssima! Nunca mais escolherei esta empresa e recomendo que vocês não a utilizem!

you installed the plugin at 11:54 AM on August 5, registered the plugin at 11:55 AM on August 5, and the contact phone number and email of the unauthorized store were both incorrect. Without using the plugin, it left a negative review at 6:27 PM on August 5, stating that we had not updated our shipping information and that packages were lost.What a ridiculous lie！ A Japanese leaving a negative review in Portuguese is really a poor act! I already know who you are , Japanese from Shenzhou Computer Building in Shenzhen City!
