O tempo de resposta foi incrivelmente lento e o atendimento ao cliente foi apático, completamente inseguro. Eles nem sequer resolveram o problema! As informações de envio ficaram bloqueadas por dias sem atualização e, por fim, apareceram como não entregues, sem nenhuma explicação. É uma perda de tempo e energia, e o serviço de pós-venda é praticamente inexistente. Esse tipo de serviço é simplesmente inaceitável!
