The response was slow, customer service was indifferent and perfunctory, showing no sincerity in their service, and the issues raised remained unresolved. Logistics tracking inexplicably stalled for over ten days without updates, and the product was never delivered without any explanation or proposed solution. After-sales service was practically nonexistent, the experience was extremely poor, and the service was severely substandard. I must give this app a bad review and avoid it!
