FFOrder has been my favorite supplier to work with. Their communication is excellent, and they stay in touch with me daily through WhatsApp. They are always quick to respond, happy to answer my questions, and very transparent throughout the entire process. Orders are processed quickly, deliveries arrive on time, and they are always honest about what they can and cannot do. If they do not think they can meet a deadline or fulfill an order, they are upfront right away, which is something I really appreciate. Unlike some suppliers who do not seem to care about your store metrics, FFOrder understands how important reliable fulfillment is. I primarily work with Yunadu, and she has been amazing. Robert also helps with my store, especially when I have questions about the overall dropshipping process or selling on other sales channels. He always gives honest answers, and his insight has been very helpful and informative. He even took time out of his day to schedule a phone call with me to make sure FFOrder would be a good fit for my store, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend FFOrder to other stores that are dropshipping or considering dropshipping in the future. Robert and Yunadu make a great team, and you can genuinely tell they want your business to grow and succeed as much as you do.
