Did not have features that were advertised such as the "read only" option listed in the description. Poor support chat that did not know about the app.

I have been using this app for 10 years. I started on BigCommerce and have continued when we moved to Shopify. The customer support is wonderful and the app is so helpful if you need to share a PDF with your website visitors! Thank you!

Very bad service, I installed on three websites and I've problems without a solution!

This app doesn't work, and we wasted a long time but the files don't upload at all.
Hi there, So sorry for your bad experience. We had an issue with our server which caused this error. However, now the issue is resolved and checked by QA team. PDF upload should work as intended. Sincerely apologies for the issue
