Reviews Summary
The reviews for the Shopify App are mixed, with some users giving it a 5-star rating and praising its usability, while others rated it poorly due to issues with image uploading and folder organization. One user appreciated the app's functionality but mentioned the limitation of not being able to have folder structure on the product page. Another user found the app very useful but suggested adding features like bulk selection based on keywords and the ability to edit and replace files. However, a user who rated the app poorly expressed frustration with the inability to upload images to the created folders, regardless of image size or type.

Ich kann zwar Bilder in Ordner sortieren, das bring nur nichts weil ich bei der Bildauswahl auf der Produktseite nicht die Ordnerstruktur habe
Hi there! We would love to be able to show folders when you're picking images for your variants, but there doesn't yet exist a way for us to do that. Once that becomes possible, we'll be sure to add that functionality to our app.

It doesn't work. You can create folders but then you can't upload any images to it. Every image upload fails, no matter how small the image, no matter what type. I don't understand how Shopify doesn't have this off the shelf to organise files.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve carefully reviewed the file upload functionality on our end and have confirmed that it’s working as intended. Just to clarify, images need to be uploaded first via the app, and once all uploads are complete, you’ll need to click "Add to Folder" to move them into your selected folder. That said, we understand that it can be frustrating when things don't work as expected, and we would genuinely love the opportunity to assist you directly. Please feel free to reach out to our support team for any type of guidance you might need.
