I got multiple folder layers deep to organise my files and the app kept crashing. On top of that when I did upload a file it would upload it multiple time into my File section. I needed 13 folders each with 5-10 subfolders to hold tens of PDFs in each subfolder.

大量の画像を分類したかったが、フォルダに分けるのが大変であり、Shopifyのメディア選択では分類したフォルダが出てこないので、無駄な努力となった。

I wish there were instructions that came with the app. It isn't very intuitive to use. You can be in a folder you made and upload a file and it doesn't automatically show up in the folder. You then need to find it in the many pages of photos that are shown below and check the box for any images you want to show up in the folder. Then click the small button in the upper right area "Add to Folder." Hopefully the developer will figure out a way to give better instructions somehow. I couldn't find any documentation for the app, but then again, I'm not sure where to go to find it. I also wish there was a way to view larger photo thumbnails and not just the list view which makes the photo too tiny to see what it is.

Ich kann zwar Bilder in Ordner sortieren, das bring nur nichts weil ich bei der Bildauswahl auf der Produktseite nicht die Ordnerstruktur habe
Hi there! We would love to be able to show folders when you're picking images for your variants, but there doesn't yet exist a way for us to do that. Once that becomes possible, we'll be sure to add that functionality to our app.
