Filtor Product Filter & Search

I did significant research on different filter apps and landed on this one. The presentation looks very organized and the search function is a very pleasant. Photos are shown in the search function making it much easier for the customer to find their product. I would consider a great value for the improved experience it brings to the customers. For this app, if you want the collection pages to also have the filtering feature, you can have the programmer go in and set it up for you. Since the 4 products per row was a bit small for the products that I sell (I need them to be bigger since my products have intricate artwork that would be missed at a smaller picture size), I was able to request the programmer to update it to show only 2 products per row. The programmer is very knowledgeable so it only takes them around 15-20 minuets to get it all set up. Now my collection pages look significantly better than before I installed this app. The only improvement I would say for this app is to improve compatibility over more browsers. Majority of my customers are coming from Google Chrome (mobile & desktop) and Safari. If they use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, the filters on my collection pages don't render properly and the product titles are sliced up. It hasn't been a major issue for me since very few people nowadays use those browsers but still would like to see that corrected in the future. Other thing I would mention is if you have other apps that impact the collection page, you should test out to see if this app will be compatible with it. I noticed that there are certain apps such as apps that add labels (i.e. "sale") over collection page photos, aren't always compatible with this filtering; for example, I was testing one that the labels would not line up with the photo properly. Overall, was a worth it to incorporate into my store. I do believe that it has positively impacted my conversions.

When customising your shop the costs can begin to stack up, but this is one of those apps where it is definitely worth installing, the search function is infinitely fast and although there may be better apps this one works flawlessly, instantly and cost effectively. We recently had an issue when we installed another app on the theme which caused a conflict, I emailed customer service and it was fixed for us within an hour. I will continue to use this app, if you want to see how it works go to our website tradesports.co.uk and actually see the working version in action.

I have been searching for a filtering app for awhile, and this one does everything that I wanted. Most of my customers are mobile so it was super important to me to have a very mobile friendly app, which this is. The look a feel is also very important to me and I think this app integrates seamlessly into my store. It took about 15 minutes via email with their programmer to get the customization that I needed. Super easy.

I started a trial with another company and they bumped the price up towards the end, pressuring me into commitment. I negotiated the price but was still high. I went to look for another search app. Found snappy, Does exactly what I want it to. Fast responsive auto complete search app. Just what I needed. Now if the devs can add the search results feature were in business

Great search tool. Easy to use and cost effective. The guys at Snappy Search really helped us out by integrating the Snappy Search app into the Locksmith app we use on our shop, so that searches can still be made when products have been restricted by Locksmith. The guys are very professional and quick to respond and deal with any issues or questions you have. Highly recommended.

Best economical option I've found for improving the woefully bad default search on my shopify theme. In the default search some one searching 'large watch' would never see the products that didn't have those two words exactly together. So, products with 'large black watch' in the title would be left out. Snappy Search fixes this with the predictive search suggestion. It also does not force a whole new search results format onto the theme, which I like. While I think this should be standard in all themes, I'm happy to pay a few bucks a month so my customers can get accurate search results.

Excellent app, works well and easy to use and was installed quickly and with no problems at all. This App increased our sales noticeably within days , I asked Alexander at Snappy Search if they could put a text box with search in so people would notice the search more , he did it straight away it made a difference , I asked later if he could put the words " Search what you want" in the box he did it and people are searching more and I have noticed an increase in sales value per order , people can find what they are looking for easily with this app as they are given excellent visual choices . it works well on mobiles and Ipads . First thing I asked was how long after I install it can I cancel if it did not work for us , expecting a year , it was for a month $ 2.99 , it was a no brainer after that to try it and I am glad we did . The shopify normal search itself held us back because it does not stand out , now our search stands out and gives excellent visual results that result in sales , I could not have asked for a better search app and the price made it good value for money as well .
