I have been looking for a way to accomplish this specific filtering functionality for quite a while. This app has been extremely beneficial for my store. Support was very helpful and thorough in making adjustments to formatting so that the app looks exactly the way I want it to and matches my brand identity. Highly recommend.

Une équipe très réactive. Le fait d'avoir le "live chat" permet d'avoir une réponse adaptée et instantanée quand on rencontre un problème ! Et c'est vraiment très appréciable ! Je recommande le module qui permet d'être personnalisé comme on le veut avec l'équipe des développeurs.

I faced some problems on another filter, so I found Findter as an alternative solution. To my surprise, this app is completely free, and the support staff responds promptly and proactively (especially thanks to Jenna). They are also willing to provide customized assistance, so I recommend it 5-star.

Excellent support experience. The team was very responsive, helpful, and quick to investigate the issues I encountered. They clearly understood my setup and provided accurate guidance without unnecessary back-and-forth. Even though some features are still in development, I really appreciate their transparency and willingness to improve the app. Looking forward to future updates. I recently installed the application. The options were not readily working with my theme. They provided a quick and great support. I am really satisfied by the responsiveness. They did customization to make the application working with my theme. The add-ons work pretty well so far, it makes the navigation smooth on our website. It is easy to customize the different options for the filtering.

I have just started using Findter Custom Filter & Search, and my first experience has been very positive. The app works smoothly and makes it much easier to create advanced filters and improve the search experience in the store. Even after a short time using it, it already feels like a big improvement compared to the default options. What really stands out is their customer support. It is honestly some of the best support I have seen in years. They respond quickly, are very helpful, and take the time to make sure everything is working properly. They don’t just reply — they genuinely help you solve the issue. So far I’m very impressed with both the app and the team behind it. Highly recommended.

I downloaded the app and everything worked well. I just could not get the colors adjusted the way I wanted. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. They changed everything to the exact color scheme I wanted, and they handled it fast and professionally. The service is excellent, the support is quick, and the app does exactly what it should. I am very satisfied and will definitely keep using this app. Great app!

Application au top ! Le filtre et la recherche fonctionnent à merveille, tout est fluide et ultra intuitif, exactement ce qu’il faut pour aider mes clientes à trouver la bonne pièce sans s’arracher les cheveux. Mention spéciale pour le support : réponses ultra rapides, efficaces, et en plus d’une grande compétence, ils sont vraiment sympathiques (le genre de support qui donne presque envie d’avoir un bug juste pour leur reparler). En résumé : une app que je recommande les yeux fermés, installée, testée, adoptée !
