Product does exactly what you need it to do. Had a walk-through with Flint about getting a feature activated, and was willing to work with me all the way through it. Amazing customer support & service.

My review is on the the support - I have not used the app long enough to comment. But I use filters for collections during sales events. I was ready to start a sale using my previous app and discovered they had made changes and I needed to start all over. I switched to Findter and it has been so easy. They walked me through setting up the filter and making sure everything worked right. At 1 am on the East Coast!

We had a great experience with the support team behind this app We reached out with multiple questions and custom requests, and their team was very responsive, patient, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs in detail and even offered custom implementations to improve our store functionality. What we appreciated most: * Clear and helpful explanations for every question * Willingness to go beyond standard features with custom solutions * Fast communication and professional attitude * Safe implementation process (working on a duplicate theme) Even though some of our requests were quite specific, they handled everything smoothly and kept us updated. Highly recommended if you're looking for both a powerful app and a reliable support team

The setup was very easy, especially when it came to filtering, and the customer support has been excellent. They got back to me within a day, and their follow-up responses came in as little as 30 minutes. Since I use several apps in my store, I really appreciated that their team was willing to look into possible compatibility issues with my theme. I’ve been loving the features so far.
