The customer service is extremely professional and resolves issues very quickly.
Millie and the team were amazing with fulfilling my design edits & functionally additions. Great App that is both functional and highly editable.
The app didn't work with my theme (Palo Alto) - it made my product grid have zero products which is obviously not good. I deleted the app but then got a message that they would inspect and asked me to give them user permission. I re-installed the app and gave them permission early in the AM and waited all day but never heard anything back and went all day without products on my site. Finally, I just deleted and took away permissions. I don't mind that it didn't work but don't have me re-install so you can check and then not do anything all day. It makes my site look horrible if there are no products. Not trying them again.
Amazing free possibilities within the app, supported by a friendly team to help you out with all inquiries. Almost all of the filter options Shopify is missing can be created through Findter. Even options you'd didn't know you were missing.

So impressed with the service; they managed to fix few glitches so easily and so quickly, absolutely amazing. And on top, the app is providing everything I was looking for so long. Thank you so much! Few more little things to improve but nothing to worry about it. Fabulous app that hopefully (too early to say) will make a massive change to my website

This app is fantastic, so much customisation and features over default filtering options which is great for our industry and the kinds of products we sell. I needed to find a replacement app for Shopify's default option due to reaching 5000 products on my store, and this app was perfect. I had a number of customisation requests to display different sorting methods and filters, but the team were absolutely fantastic in helping sort them out. Customer Service communication was excellent, and the technical team worked really hard to fulfill all of my requirements. Highly recommended.
