Based on your description, the issue may be related to theme compatibility, which can sometimes cause the filters not to display correctly or lead to glitches. Since Shopify themes can vary significantly in structure and behavior, the app may need some adjustments to work smoothly with a specific theme. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look and fix this for you. Could you please share your store’s collaborator code or let us know the best way to access your store? With your permission, we can investigate the issue directly and provide a quick solution. You can find your collaborator code by going to: Shopify Admin → Settings → Users and permissions → Security → Store security → Collaborators — your code will be displayed there. Once we receive your code, we’ll send a collaboration request. Please grant us access when it arrives. For your peace of mind, we’ll duplicate your live theme and apply all fixes to the duplicated version, ensuring your live store remains completely unaffected.
