My review is on the the support - I have not used the app long enough to comment. But I use filters for collections during sales events. I was ready to start a sale using my previous app and discovered they had made changes and I needed to start all over. I switched to Findter and it has been so easy. They walked me through setting up the filter and making sure everything worked right. At 1 am on the East Coast!

We had a great experience with the support team behind this app We reached out with multiple questions and custom requests, and their team was very responsive, patient, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our needs in detail and even offered custom implementations to improve our store functionality. The setup was very easy, especially when it came to filtering, and the customer support has been excellent. They got back to me within a day, and their follow-up responses came in as little as 30 minutes.
