My review is on the the support - I have not used the app long enough to comment. But I use filters for collections during sales events. I was ready to start a sale using my previous app and discovered they had made changes and I needed to start all over. I switched to Findter and it has been so easy. They walked me through setting up the filter and making sure everything worked right. At 1 am on the East Coast!

The setup was very easy, especially when it came to filtering, and the customer support has been excellent. They got back to me within a day, and their follow-up responses came in as little as 30 minutes.
