First Pen

FirstPen is an app that offers genuine handwritten thank you cards automatically sent to customers after each order. The cards are written with a real pen on high-quality paper, hand-checked, and delivered to recipients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Users can set up a campaign by choosing a trigger like "order shipped," personalizing the message with variables like first name or order number, selecting a card design, and a handwriting style.
