I LOVE FlaireAi! We just started with them few weeks ago but already see results of this amazing App. Almost every day they upload blogs on my website- lots of both: general information about skin care industry and also about IOKA's approach to skincare. It helps a LOT with SEO and Google searches and we started to see new customers placing orders. Customer service is amazing too! I will recommend flareAI to everyone. I can see the impact on page rankings and it is improving continuously. Its a definite win for a founder. I would ask the team for 2 things as a bulldup First, Currently the images are usually with forieign models - if there is a way that we can generate an image and replace it will be great or the model can generate images basis images from our website itself it will be better so there is more authenticity Second, We need to work on AEO now more than SEO so that should be prioritized

flareAI falsely claimed credit for organic sales we already had from Google Search. Their reports showed fabricated “no activity” data and misleading attributions. Support used technical excuses instead of real proof. No measurable SEO improvement at all.

Data used for flareAI reports are pulled directly from Google’s verified data sources. We also explained the difference between Domain and URL-Prefix properties in GSC, which can sometimes show different datasets for the same site. Even so, to ensure complete fairness, we promptly issued a full refund for your billing cycle. We have used FlareAI for years now on x2 of my stores. It is a fantastic app to get sales from organic channels, especially in our industries (CBD & Vape) Incredibly, both of my stores presence on Google has increased to 72% after we added FlareAI! Highly recommend - Customer service is fantastic too!

DO NOT Recommend , DO NOT TRUST, THEY ACT FRAUDLENTLY. Stick with Google paid ads as its cheaper and better results with Google and Facebooks ads. Month to month plan was great but then they changed it to percent of sales once this happened we started getting fraudulent orders and cancelled orders which they charged us for. When they got caught they refunded us some of the money and blackmailed us to change this feedback so no one else new about it to review they wrote. After they refunded us so we wouldn't take legal action week later they did a chargeback so they committed fraud with the bank. These guys can not be trusted
Appreciate you for continuing to be a flareAI Shopify client since 24-Sep-2023. There are some misunderstandings in the review that we would like to clear: A. Performance based incentive pricing instead of fixed subscription: We wanted to support Shopify merchants to avoid paying a fixed subscription. Instead now merchants pay a small percentage of order total only for sales generated by flareAI from Google Search. Without ads or Amazon charges. B. The flareAI performance incentive is based on the sales made. We can't control returns, refunds, or cancellations after the sale. It's like Facebook Ads—if an ad leads to a sale and the merchant cancels the order, you can't ask Facebook for a refund. C. I carefully reviewed the billing charges for you and you are never being charged when you store is temporarily frozen. There are a few charges but they were for the previous week when the store was active. This process is managed by Shopify. Happy to help if you have any specific transaction dates that you would like for me to review.
