The app can suddenly crash randomly until you find out you have probably lost multiple sales due to customers not being able to get the cart to appear.

The app has good potential, but bugs appear too frequently. While customer service takes too long to respond to an email or there is no chat to contact anyone. I have been waiting 4 days to fix a problem with the currency in the Progres Shipping bar...

We've been exploring many apps but none integrated beautifully and seamlessly with our theme as Flash Cart did (which is also developed by Fluorescent team). Already in-love with it and the team is just beyond amazing. They were very quick with their response and offered solutions that was very specific to our site.

This is huge! The most sleek upsell app I've seen in the app store. Very easy to install, took about 3 minutes, and it looks amazing. Works seamlessly with our custom theme. Hopefully there will be some more customization options in the future, such as disabling animations and changing font sizes. Amazing work!

So much good feedback to share: - aesthetically this app is the nicest upsell one I have seen (and I researched for awhile!) - implementing literally took me minutes (and I have a multi-lingual site) - the support is truly the best. They respond within hours and so genuinely want to help you resolve any issues. - results!! My basket size has increased! I can’t say enough good - these guys know what they’re doing!

Finally, an upsell app that works with Collections and Bundles. Customization was easy and only took minutes. App itself looks sleek and doesn't slow down my store. Very impressed. Curious what other apps this new developer will launch.

This app is better than Slide Cart if you want full control of product recommendations. I encourage the app developer to reach out to us for the extra star if and when the merchant can choose whether to display variant options as buttons or dropdown menus. I believe this is the core functionality that has taken a backseat to other more pressing issues such as app integrations, etc. subscription services, etc. We have to crawl before we can run.

I can only say good things about this app. The integration worked seamlessly with our theme. Very easy. The app is intuitive, so it doesn’t require much setup, but it is highly customizable in case you want to add specific upsell items to each product. The support is amazing and very fast to respond and always happy to help above and beyond. We really suggest this app to anyone looking for a cart upsell app.

I can't recommend it enough! Don't hesitate to install. I was looking for a simple app to add product suggestions in-cart, without it feeling too flashy or intrusive for the customer. The design is sleek and the UI/dashboard is so easy to understand - this is HUGE. Others apps I tried were overly complicated. There's also a helpful "getting started" tab that tells you exactly how to set up. I tried various apps and they were so confusing or just designed in a way that, to me, didn't look visually appealing or align with my brand. Or they bombarded me with emails about various things...It was a lot. Plus, Incentivize's tech support is so prompt and excellent.They fixed a small issue I was having with my theme (thank you, Marcus!). This app deserves all the great reviews it gets. You can tell they genuinely care about the product and its users. Excellent! 10 STARS :D

Can only recommend Incentivize to anyone looking for a clean solution for a cart drawer. What it is lacking in incentives implemented yet (which soon will be of way broader scope) it is making up for in service and individual problem solving. We had a great experience implementing everything based on our needs. That i.e. included contacting third party app developers to get our mix of apps to work with Incentivize. The team has years of experience at working at Shopify and it shows! Pricing is more than fair as well.

Marcus really helped us with getting our cart sorted. We had an existing slide-out cart and a filter app that caused issues with Incentivize. But, Marcus and the team really worked on it the last few days and fixed it for us! Great service from the guys! Can't wait to see this app bring in that upsell revenue

Superb service from Ryan! Was facing issues with a product options app that we had as we couldn't sync Incentivize app without help from the product options app developer. Ryan went above and beyond to help check out another product options app to see if both apps could work well together. We are now able to have product options (including extra charge on name personalisation) and cart upsell and I love it that Incentivize Cart Upsell's interface is so clean and easy to use (both for consumers and merchant). It is always wonderful to purchase a great product and have support that makes you feel like a friend you can even bounce off ideas with so that all can grow together! Thumbs up and excited to see what other things are coming up from the team!
