My complaint is below this review update. (WOW) I wrote my review and the very next morning Tech support contacted me. These guys are serious about making sure their customers are satisfied. They showed me they mean business when it comes to customer satisfaction. They took time to walk me through my concerns in detail. Enough so, to where i downloaded the app again, to start using it. This company is not your fly by night company. They are in it to win it, and with customer service like theirs, it will allow them to dominate in their field!! GREAT JOB!!! I am not sure how this app has all 5 stars, especially since you only get 250MB in total. In order to be able to offer customers any kind of varity of content, definitely need more than that. They are really pushy about getting on board with their forced paid platform, because they are going to a paid platform. I don't expect much for free, but if you are offering a free service, don't choke it so much, that it makes it kind of useless.

We would’ve done our best to find a solution for your store. You’re never restricted on products or orders, and we never intend to pressure anyone into upgrading.
