Very disappointed ... No access to a direct online service. The app hasn’t worked from the very start.

I could say that the app is pretty ok for the price but i am sure that you will run into some issues as we did soo it really needs some updates ! Keep in mind that the BIG downscale is the CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! I can show pictures of everything , they take like 2-4 weeks to even answer us on a issue ... even do we message them on 'live chat' and email multiple times a week , we are still getting no responses ! I advise everyone to take into consideration ower experience ... the sad part is that we already edited upwords of 2000+ individual items for their overlay and categories soo we cant even change them without spending a crazy time to redo everything with another app !
