I had a very disappointing experience with Flashbird. Their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with, slow to respond, unhelpful, and they don’t take responsibility when issues come up. The biggest problem was delivery: they repeatedly made promises about timelines and then didn’t follow through. If you’re relying on delivery commitments, don’t count on them. Overall, this was the worst company to deal with. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Flashbird.
