I am an absolute beginner in the rental field. Whenever I got stuck, I received help immediately. They replied quickly, were very patient with me, and were also very kind. Even though I only asked for a few small things, they took care of them right away. If I have any issues in the future, I will definitely contact them with confidence.
The team are so responsive with big or small issues. Once had a requirement to have specific GA4 event tracking of our customer. After speaking with the team they so kindly implemented this into our Shopify Website to track across our Google Analytics. But as well the ability to customise the widget to fit the dynamic of your business and the process of processing returns is so easy and beginner friendly. Love this whole app has fit so well into our website and is completely free!
