This review will help you. Flexport is easy to use, very technological and has a seamless experience. The app needs to improve a lot I need to be able to involve my team, send special requirements, more payment options and a lot more. If you need to get in contact with Flexport, the only person I couldn't thank enough is Ashley - she's been SO helpful with getting everything in order, helping us arrange everything, really listened us to understand. Great team, great company!

Easy to use, but not very useful. Doesn't support full containers to my location or many others that I checked. Compared to Freightos.com, loose cargo pricing was about 10% higher before even adding insurance and 3-4 weeks slower. Not really competitive yet. Hope it improves.
