Ryth is the BEST!!!! Helped me with all my issues and answered every question. 10 Star service!!! My pop up wasn't showing up and he fixed everything for me. Even looked over my emails to see if I did them right. I am really liking how this app sets up the emails and they actually "send" unlike the app I just uninstalled. It never sent one single email in 2 months. This app has everything, all in one place. It needs an upgrade for a FAQs on your chat box, hint to the developer, but that's just my opinion.

Great app. Very easy to use and have already been collecting new subscribers to my email list. I had a few issues when I changed my template and I didn't configure Flowio properly but I spoke with Jenni via the online chat and she quickly solved my problem. She has also given me lots of tips to ensure that the app doesn't slow my page and that it's optimised for mobile. Excellent customer service!!! I´m very happy :)

So far, very satisfied with the app. It is easy to use, user friendly. I have a small problem with sender email adress (nothing too big) that is in the fixing, thanks to Vincent, who is pulling all his knowledge to solve it and we are on a good way! He is doing everything that he can, to help us with it and I appreciate it so very much. I will be certainly using this app and hopefully Vincent will be there as our support :) Very happy with it!

So far, so good. I like the minimal UI Flowio offers. It's not hard to navigate at all. Also, support is responsive and helpful - Ciara provided amazing assistance and solved the minor issue that I was running into.

Just started to use the app (free plan) but it's really complete for my needs at this time. No hided charge, which is a good point. Also, support is amazing. I had a small issue of configuration with shopify and Vincent took all the necessary time to help me find a solution (while he finished his workday). Really appreciated ! I recommend :-)
