This app is nice and easy to use, I think there is still room for improvement but the customer service is amazing... 2 reps that helped me were Ryth & Vincent, both these guys were so helpful.... they helped me during holiday and even late night and made sure my campaign is all set. I would have rated 4 star but extra star is for these 2 guys who helped me run my campaign and made sure its successful. Keep it up team Flowio.

Just installed the app and it's very easy to use. Instructions were clear and the layouts are minimal & clean. Had some questions regarding the settings and David helped me out quickly. Hope to see more conversions with this app!

I recently started setting up this app after trying other email marketing apps. I must say that it is simple and intuitive. Excellent 5-star service. I needed to fix a few things and support responded promptly with any issues resolved. A quote of excellent assistance I owe to David who has lent himself to assist on each step solving all the problems and he also gave me good advice on how to prepare all the sets. I will shortly start putting this APP to work, however I recommend it to everyone who needs to start email marketing. It is an excellent team that wants to grow. Thanks David !!!

This app is really great, but some more templates would be useful for upcoming occasions e.g international women day, world book day, easter etc. The customer service is great too, they set up everything for me when I changed over from their old app. It is easy to see how much revenue your emails have generated, which is useful for tracking trends etc. It would be useful if you could automatically send a lead magnet when people sign up e.g a PDF, I'm not sure if there is a way to do this on the app.
