cheating they don't help to setup, they let me pay $19 or more , then they would help "We have an Service Level Agreement that the flow or email optimization is only reserved for the paid plan of $19 or above :( I really hope for your understanding that we cannot do 100% and activate everything for users since the content, design are unique, Creating the flow is the best I can do right now"

I really like the app and also the support of Ciara! I had some small problems but she is trying and testing everything to make it work. I can recommend the app and also the support team.

So far, so good. I like the minimal UI Flowio offers. It's not hard to navigate at all. Also, support is responsive and helpful - Ciara provided amazing assistance and solved the minor issue that I was running into.

Just started to use the app (free plan) but it's really complete for my needs at this time. No hided charge, which is a good point. Also, support is amazing. I had a small issue of configuration with shopify and Vincent took all the necessary time to help me find a solution (while he finished his workday). Really appreciated ! I recommend :-)

I used this amazing app to create a campaign to collect emails for my store. The support to set it up was great and it helped me get my marketing campaign on right away.

1. I have tried to contact them to cancel my subscription since it won't me let do it myself and there is no online operator. 2.The app charges for impressions when other apps have it at no cost Ex:(Klavyio or smsbump) Still waiting for my cancelation and my refund.

Flowio works just fine, but I would like to adress one thing in particular - the customer support! This lady Ciara pops out of nowhere with all these AMAZING tips on how I can make my page look better. She was helpful, kind and understanding. Give that lady a raise. Again, she was amazing.

Great app. Great support. Nothing to complain about at all. I have not been using it for a long time, but I can already tell how great of an addition this is to my store.

Super App! Genau das was ich gesucht habe. Auch der Support ist echt toll. Macht weiter so. Aber leider keine Einstellung der Sprache möglich. Deutsch wäre super.
