Wow, as soon as I downloaded the app, I was helped and guided immediately. David has helped me create the best pop ups for my website! He even hopped on a video call to help me thoroughly. Overall a great experience and looking forward to further working with Flowio.!

The email templates are really nice and creative. The customer service, especially from David, was amazing. He helped create and amazing email (which saved me time) and he also sent a guided video to help me edit what I needed. Very patient and service driven. There was a 12 hour difference and I was still treated as if we were in the same time zone. Thanks again for the help. Highly recommended!

David was very helpful while I was setting up my pop up for my website. He even gave me suggestions that matched my website theme. He did everything quickly and responded quickly as well, hope to work with him again to set up other features for my website.

I am a begginer and have never used any pop apps before, had no idea what Im doing and was completely lost for a second, Vincent walked me through the app like a pro and made me understand every feature he was very patient and answered every question I had, would definitey reccomend for begginers esspecially iif your a hard head like me

This app is just so awesome! It is very easy to customize and create campaigns! Especially the support is so amazing, they are literally there any second you need them. David has been helping me so far and he's done a great job!

J’ai utilisé cette application pour les mailing et Pop up pour la newsletter de mon site. Les réponses ont été très rapides et efficaces, j’ai eu un aperçu de Pop up pour me guider! Un très bel accompagnement. Je vous la recommande!

Tried a few apps, Flowio head and shoulders above the rest. Customer support is fantastic - very responsive and goes over and above to help out.

I wanted to install email opt-in popup and while browsing, I came across this brand new app on shopify. I got dedicated help from Ryth who was with me to setup step-by-step and guided me through the whole process. I'd love to use this app for more options it offers. I dealt with Ryth tonight, and OMG what a help he was to me, this company is outstanding for Novices like myself, I created my first pop up and sent out my first email. Couldn't have done it without him. Patient and all that you need from excellent customer service. Give this one a try its really good. Based in Vietnam but these guys signed in and out my screen promptly only to help me and go me up and started, 5 *****
