This has been a really useful addition to our Shopify workflow. Setting up automated transactional emails through Shopify Flow is straightforward, and it gives us much more flexibility over the emails our customers receive. I especially like being able to customize the email content and trigger messages based on different workflows instead of handling everything manually. The emails look clean and professional, and the automation runs reliably in the background. It’s a great time-saver for keeping customer communication consistent without adding extra work to our daily operations. Great support, went above and beyond for a custom feature request We asked WorkflowMail Emails if it was possible to attach a dynamically generated file (a per-order PDF) to transactional emails sent through Shopify Flow, since our setup needed a variable file field rather than a static attachment. The team took the request seriously and built out support for exactly that — genuinely responsive and willing to extend the app for a real merchant use case, which isn't something you see from every app team. For full transparency: we ended up going with a different app for this particular integration, mainly due to timing and plan-tier fit on our end. That's a budget decision, not a reflection of quality — the feature itself worked as promised and their team was excellent to work with throughout. Would recommend to any Shopify merchant who needs flexible transactional email attachments and values a support team that actually listens.
