These guys are veterans of ecommerce extensions. I've used their magento extensions for many years on our websites and many of our clients. It's great to have them developing apps for Shopify now! This follow up email app is a MUST if you're a serious store owner. They even have live chat directly in the app which is super helpful if you have any questions.
