This has increased our sales so I'm very happy with Follow Up Email. We find we don't need to send the two week follow up as people usually purchase by the 1 week follow up (so we deleted the 2 week follow-up email option). It's been great for customer feedback too... We have had customers reply to the follow up email explaining why they didn't purchase, and when we fix the problem they usually go on to make a purchase.
