App didn't work, I asked for a refund awhile ago, they never canceled or refunded my money. Just tried to send me a help guide, but that's not what I asked for at all. I implemented all the steps but it never worked, wasted hours of my time.

A great experience from start to finish. They were very helpful in assisting us with updating the fonts on our website and made the process seamless. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made a big difference. We’re very happy with the result.

I've been using this app for years, it's the only way I'm able to use custom fonts on my store (I don't know coding). Their team assists with any coding help you need, Jade was so helpful and quick. Really love and recommend this app!

L'application vient de me rendre un énorme service avec les typographies. J'avais essayé de faire du code avant d'utiliser l'application mais cela a fait crasher mon site. Alors je ne peux dire que du bien de cette application et le service client est super réactif et compétent.

I am a novice on Shopify and I decided to use the Fontify app. So, that I could apply custom fonts to my store. The problem was that, even though they were compliant and everything seemed a go, they were not applying within my chosen theme, Dawn. I tried to fix it several times myself without success. I emailed customer support at Fontify late that night. It wasn't long before I got an email back from them, but by then I had already gone to live chat. I was fortunated enough to get Jade as my representive. Jade had the task handled in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend having a Fontify subscription. Thank you, Jade, for such an efficient job.

At first, it was a bit difficult because the settings are separate from the main settings. However, the e-assistant was very helpful — fast to respond and guiding me step by step. The custom element feature is also very helpful. If possible, it would be great if in the future everything could be directly integrated, so the setup process would be much easier
