Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

The app makes it easy to add fonts to your website without knowing code. When I did hit a snag with uploading a new font, Susan from their team jumped on the chat immediately and uploaded the font for me. Other companies could learn a lot from their customer service.

With the help of Jade, the tech supervisor from Fontify, my custom fonts were uploaded and inserted into my online store. This app is very helpful if you do not want to have a web developer insert your custom fonts via liquid. I did have issues initially getting this app to work with my site and my uploaded fonts. My issue was solved in a reasonable time period. We're happy.

Fairly straight forward...sometimes tricky to have apply exactly where you want. Solid support via chat if you run into issue.

The system wasn't workign as easy as it looked when purchasing the app. However the customer service is very responsive. David helped with the issue I had minutes after sending an email.

In het begin werd er verteld dat ik in drie simpele stappen mijn eigen font kon doorvoeren in mijn webshop. Dit ging niet meteen goed en vandaar dat ik geen 5 sterren geef. Toen ik met mijn vraag naar de klantenservice ging hielpen ze mij goed, nu is alles geregeld!

Anna's support was amazing! The app functionality not so much. I wasted a lot of time following instructions, again and again, and nothing was happening. The first girl that try to help me seemed like didn't actually have the skills and knowledge to actually help, I wasted a lot of time talking to her. Anna instead, resolved all my issues in just a few minutes, and she was very kind, my site looks perfect now thanks to her, but the app wasn't functional nor user friendly at all for me but at the end I got the results I was looking for.

Great app! Although the fonts are having trouble syncing with my website. Luckily, chat support is great. Susan was prompt in making the needed adjustments. She instantly relieved my frustration.

This app is great, in theory it's easy to use but I had some issues with it not working. I contacted support and they fixed the issue right away, so I'm happy in the end!

very helpful customer service when available. used the Arabic font on my website. had a bit of a learning curve at first but with the help of the customer service things were solved in a min.

I was excited to try the app. It did most of what I was hoping but wasn't perfect. Missed several headers and it was not picking them up in the custom feature very well. Ultimately decided to go with a different font, but would be willing to try using this app again. It did mostly well!

Really easy to overwrite. I encountered a problem that all my social media icons had disappeared after installing the app and in my shop, there were strange signs (+ / numbers were not displayed anymore). Jade replied to my help request even on January 1st (wow, thanks!!) - and with erasing one code snippet (an attached screenshot helped me fix it easily), it was all fine again! super support! Maybe include this important and easy information right away into the description of the app so others don´t have the headache I had :-). Best wishes. Anke www.sustainavigator.com

Jade was very helpful and patient in helping me add custom fonts to various parts of my site! I do think this app is better for changing a few/specific parts (like a header), rather than the fonts across the entire website, because of how the app functions (at least from what I could see! It was a little confusing, but Jade helped to change every part that I requested :)).

Jade was a great help. I needed assistance to fix one of the link tabs on my website since the font was not matching and she was able to give me instructions to fix it. When it did not work she went into the site and found where I went wrong. Thank you Jade!
