Jimmy was awesome - he helped me every step of the way, from beginning to end, and exercised great patience with me. As someone who has no background in coding or adding code to make a website function properly, her quickly walked me through the steps and performed troubleshooting techniques to make sure that the experience was pain free. Very useful app, premium version for only one payment of less than 10 euros... The support team answers in less than 5 minutes, Anna helped me a lot, it's just amazing!!

My experience with Anna from EComposer was best. The team of Fontify is really supportive, presenting fast service. Fonts are also really perfect and working!

The absolute worst. I paid for this app's "1 TIME" premium service last year. I since accidentally removed the app from my store and when I re-installed it I was informed I would have to REPURCHASED the "1 TIME" premium service despite having already paid for it. Avoid using this company, they are con artists.

Jade was super helpful and prompt, was able to guide me through easily and help me out in the installation of a certain section I needed to apply my font to. She was super lovely to deal with and the issue was fixed within a few seconds!

I had some trouble adding different fonts to my Shopify store. Luckily I was connected to Andy within seconds who quickly assisted me with my case. It was resolved in no time, and he also gave me some additional help that was out of his scope. This app is amazing and saved me hours of trying to learn how to program the Shopify backend!

I wanted to use custom fonts on my website but my Shopify theme only accommodates Google fonts. This app allows you to upload custom fonts without having to code or pay someone to do it for you. I had a few issues and Jade helped me resolve them quickly. I would recommend it for someone who wants to use custom fonts on their site.
