Excellent support, thanks to Jade I was able to solve my problem with my fonts not changing size or changing the weight, I was able to have a good communication with her and she was able to recommend the right solutions. Thank you very much!

Had some issues understanding how to actually use the app. Though I was reading somewhere that I cannot manage the fonts in the theme, I couldn't understand exactly what to do in the app. My mistake: I ticked all the boxes for 3 different fonts. I'm not a developer and not enough patience to research too much so I contacted the support. Andy helped understand what I was doing wrong. Had the patience to actually explain me how to use the app correctly, did some tests with me, responded very quickly and everything happened in the support chat in a few minutes. And also explained to me how to use the custom element (which was the exact thing that I needed to customize parts of my website). Patience, clarity, easy explanation, easy communication. Thank you!

Had some issues getting the fonts to apply to different areas but their customer service helped me out. Ends up being much easier than trying to add custom fonts to your code! The Google fonts are free to use and the custom upload fonts are $10 for 15 fonts which is not a bad deal.

We have used Fontify on a number of our websites for a few years now and we couldn't be happier with the app and service. If you have any difficulty applying fonts to specific areas of your site, the customer support are quick and knowledgable to help you get your site exactly how you want it to look!

IT JUST WORKS - The app is straightforward to use and the support replies quickly and is very helpful. The app doesn't affect page loading which is great & it doesn't seem cause any issues

Fast and responsive customer support. Had to wait a few hours, but this app has uncomplicated my life a whole lot ---after spending several hours trying to update fonts on the back end. Fontify was really easy.

J'ai installé l'application Fontify et j'ai choisi 3 polices pour tester : une pour H1, une pour H2..H6 et une autre pour le reste. J'ai suivi le tuto mais ça n'a pas fonctionné. J'ai contacté le support. Jade du support m'a résolu le problème en 30 sec chrono. Maintenant ça fonctionne super bien, le paramétrage pour ajouter une font et l'associer est très facile (maintenant que Jade m'a dit quoi faire). Je recommande vivement cette application.

App works great, exactly how it's supposed to and the customer service is also fantastic. Jade fixed my issue in 2 minutes
