I have just started using this app for my new store and so far my experience has been really positive. It's user friendly, and in particular I was offered help right from the off to get the font I wanted up and running as required on my site. A very positive experience so i would recommend it!

It was very user-friendly and solved a font design problem that Shopify help centre suggested hiring a coding expert. Very nice indeed, and thanks for Andy's help!

Jade was a great help! I was having issues with the font not showing up in some areas and she fixed it in lightning speed. Finally have everything working! :)

I experienced trouble navigating and toggling the font settings on the app. I began to become frustrated but I decided to reach out to their support team. I am so grateful I did! Once I requested support from their Live Chat, within a few minutes, I was connected with their stellar representative, Anna. She was and is wonderful. She guided me on how to navigate their app and system. She should me how to write the code into their custom elements - and what buttons to tick and untick. It was a process, almost one hour, also because I am new to Shopify. Wow, I learned so much from her during that time. I truly was blown away by the support, patience and care she gave me and my situation. Thanks to her on your team, my problem is solved!

When I started tweaking out about not knowing how to activate the fonts, an awesome help representative named Jade came in for the rescue bared with rudeness and found the solution. Now I can have exclusive fonts to boost my website Great App, Great Service, MUST HAVE!
