Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

Wow amazing support! Andrew was so helpful in tweaking some of the font sizes in the CSS for me. Didnt expect such great help, Shopify has been a massive learning curve and have felt like I've been hitting my head against the wall for weeks, so it was so kind of Fontify to make something easier and for such a great monthly fee.

Ne fonctionne pas tout simplement

My experience was 10/10! I used their support team (specifically Eric) who helped me set everything up and was incredibly helpful and patient. He was super responsive and communicated really well. The font I uploaded looks great. Would definitely recommend!!

Great app, so much support. Highly recommend

Great app with excellent technical support! Andy was awesome.

Great app with even greater support even for smallest requests

The app is great and works perfectly. It’s very intuitive and easy to understand. The support team was incredibly fast and helpful, attending to me immediately at all times. They stayed with me until my issue was fully resolved. Highly recommended!

very nice

Wish I could give this 10 stars! I ran into some issues with third-party apps that weren’t adapting to the new fonts, and I kinda lost hope there for a minute. But the customer service here is EXCELLENT. I got help from Susan, who not only assisted me for about an hour with coding into stuff that—well, since they are third-party apps—I probably should have coded myself, but she went through everything with me in detail and patiently implemented the changes for me. I’m extremely grateful for this. I’m a starter business, but when this grows, I’ll definitely be sticking with this company, its apps, and Susan.

Great Support, keep the work up

Works perfectly, and the support I needed was excellent!

Very helpful guidance helped me to solve a font issue by explaining every single step and didnt had to wait for support very quick support response.

Support was great. Susan Was especially helpful. 10/10 would recommend many Susans. The app is also great, super easy to use and was able to apply the fonts on a unpublished theme which was really helpful. No need to edit any code files, simple to search or add the custom font you want and incredibly easy to apply. If you are looking for non system specific fonts that can boost the design of your website, Fontify would be a great place to start. :)
