Their customer service is by far and away the best experience I have had with any Shopify plugin, and most other services to-boot. Jade is an exceptional help! Thank you all at the Nitro App Team. The app itself is a little clunky- shifting between editing which fonts do what fir your site could be streamlined. Also, there seems to be some weird default code preventing certain text changes from showing up, but its easy to remove. Again though, cannot express enough how helpful and quick to reply the customer is.

Great App ! Great Support Team ! Fair prices ! This App is really relevant for those who want to install their own custom font and dont feel confident enough to modify and go through HTML coding. The Support is really skilled and available ! If you have any trouble they will help you figure it out and help you create the perfect display for your website ! Highly recommending !

Again I needed help and they were there for me. BEST APP ever. I did struggle a little bit on my own but then I reached out to support and they got back to me straight away and helped me with my problem. highly recommend! and ask for Sarah she is amazing.

Jade was a great help. I needed assistance to fix one of the link tabs on my website since the font was not matching and she was able to give me instructions to fix it. When it did not work she went into the site and found where I went wrong. Thank you Jade!

The team is super helpful and patient! It might not be so straightforward for someone who does not code but contacting support is very easy and they will guide you or set up the fonts themselves! Sarah did a great job! Thank you!
