I experienced trouble navigating and toggling the font settings on the app. I began to become frustrated but I decided to reach out to their support team. I am so grateful I did! Once I requested support from their Live Chat, within a few minutes, I was connected with their stellar representative, Anna. She was and is wonderful. She guided me on how to navigate their app and system. She should me how to write the code into their custom elements - and what buttons to tick and untick. It was a process, almost one hour, also because I am new to Shopify. Wow, I learned so much from her during that time. I truly was blown away by the support, patience and care she gave me and my situation. Thanks to her on your team, my problem is solved!

Installed the app this week. Had some issues with the setup initially. I did not realize that I needed to set up "custom elements" in addition to selecting heading/body styles to get my custom fonts to render. Jade was incredibly helpful and personally reviewed the site to ensure everything was configured correctly. Thank you, Jade! Love the app UI. It's very pleasing to use.
