Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

I have just started using this app for my new store and so far my experience has been really positive. It's user friendly, and in particular I was offered help right from the off to get the font I wanted up and running as required on my site. A very positive experience so i would recommend it!

Jade was a great help! I was having issues with the font not showing up in some areas and she fixed it in lightning speed. Finally have everything working! :)

Great support from Andrew. App works like a charm.

I experienced trouble navigating and toggling the font settings on the app. I began to become frustrated but I decided to reach out to their support team. I am so grateful I did! Once I requested support from their Live Chat, within a few minutes, I was connected with their stellar representative, Anna. She was and is wonderful. She guided me on how to navigate their app and system. She should me how to write the code into their custom elements - and what buttons to tick and untick. It was a process, almost one hour, also because I am new to Shopify. Wow, I learned so much from her during that time. I truly was blown away by the support, patience and care she gave me and my situation. Thanks to her on your team, my problem is solved!

Au top ! facile d'utilisation et service client réactif :)

Fácil de usar y excelente servicio al cliente

Jade was so helpful! I was struggling to add my custom font to my site but she talked me through everything! Cant recommend enough!

Support (Jade) was super fast and was of great help!!

Thank you so much Susan !

Easy to navigate and works seamlessly. Andy from Support Team was very helpful.

The app works as intended, it's easy to use and support is very helpful. I have contacted their chat and Eric helped me and made my work way easier

Great app and amazing and quick support

Team has been very helpful-especially Anna!!

The app makes it easy to add fonts to your website without knowing code. When I did hit a snag with uploading a new font, Susan from their team jumped on the chat immediately and uploaded the font for me. Other companies could learn a lot from their customer service.

Very courteous and prompt. The problem was resolved within 10 minutes after it occurred. I appreciate it very much.

Lily sorted an issue quickly and easily. Now have a font on a singular area of the website instead of replacing every font.

Application efficace, tout autant que le support : rapide et efficace

This app has saved me hours of coding and the support I received from Anna when I got stuck using the app. She sorted all of my problems on the website.

Installed the app this week. Had some issues with the setup initially. I did not realize that I needed to set up "custom elements" in addition to selecting heading/body styles to get my custom fonts to render. Jade was incredibly helpful and personally reviewed the site to ensure everything was configured correctly. Thank you, Jade! Love the app UI. It's very pleasing to use.

Good app, fast and enough for my website, the support help us very fast on everything, thanks to Jade for her help.
