We had a great experience with TasteQ’s onboarding and support. The team was very good at communicating and helped us get everything set up step by step with 1:1 support, including the installation and setup. Even though we’re not very technical, everything was explained clearly and implemented without any issues. The recommendations look great on our website and fit in seamlessly. We also like the analytics side of the app. It’s quite comprehensive and useful for understanding what’s actually working. Whenever we had questions, the team was responsive and helpful.
