I needed their help to fine-tuned some presentation on the invoice that the customers are receiving. Strongly recommend the app, as it enables our customers to receive automatically an invoice, and has many features with free plan.

The feature of this app that I appreciate the most is that I get 300 invoices each month as part of the free subscription. It is also very user-friendly and welcoming to newcomers like me. Regarding customer service, they did an excellent job of assisting me in solving the issue I ran across. I'm grateful.

This app really makes our workflow easier. We use the app to automatically send invoices to our business customers for their accountings. Another great thing is that customer support is always there 24/7 for us to get help despite the time difference. Highly recommended!

Incredibly app! We don't need to hiring an accounting assistant because of the level of automation this app provides. There is nothing like it on the market. Also, their customer service is 2nd to none. They are extremely responsive, resolve issues and make custom solutions right away. Very pleased and impressed with it!

Ive tried many apps and stayed with this app. First of all I really appreciate that it is free when you have 300 orders/month and 300 draft orders/month ,this really helps you out when you are just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I could not figure out and they sent me screenshots of how I could fix it. Thanks!

A few months ago, I had chosen an app to help make invoice management easier, but I did not choose this app at that time. However, now.. my previous app does not meet my requirements and its price is too high. In contrast, this app's free version has almost the necessary features and their customer support service is excellent. Will be using it in the long term. Thanks :)

At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.
