Ive tried many apps and stayed with this app. First of all I really appreciate that it is free when you have 300 orders/month and 300 draft orders/month ,this really helps you out when you are just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I could not figure out and they sent me screenshots of how I could fix it. Thanks!

At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.

We are in the process of improving the store, and looking for an app for invoices as we need it for tax. Since most apps don't support many features, we ended up with this app. It has all the features we need. Needed help which was solved in chat within few minutes. The app has functions that serve our business well when it comes to invoice generator apps. This app saves time and handles a lot of the work. Good app and customer service but still new to users. We hope the app can reach more users in the future.

Initially, we downloaded the app but couldn't find the feature we needed. However, Phoebe, a member of the support team, appeared immediately and assisted us in identifying that feature. It was wonderful to have her support. Now we can use the app as we desire.

Best support you can find for the price in my opinion. They have custom tailored options which would further enable scalability. Fordeer, please never change!
