Overall, the app is highly beneficial. Although I had an issue with one invoice, the support team was extremely helpful and responsive, promptly resolving the problem. I would certainly recommend it!

We have been testing this app for a while and its customer support was good. Phoebe was my support agent. She was really patient to understand customer needs and proposed a solution for it. I plan to use the app for a long term.

Ive tried many apps and stayed with this app. First of all I really appreciate that it is free when you have 300 orders/month and 300 draft orders/month ,this really helps you out when you are just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I could not figure out and they sent me screenshots of how I could fix it. Thanks!

A few months ago, I had chosen an app to help make invoice management easier, but I did not choose this app at that time. However, now.. my previous app does not meet my requirements and its price is too high. In contrast, this app's free version has almost the necessary features and their customer support service is excellent. Will be using it in the long term. Thanks :)

At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.

We are in the process of improving the store, and looking for an app for invoices as we need it for tax. Since most apps don't support many features, we ended up with this app. It has all the features we need. Needed help which was solved in chat within few minutes.
