As our theme didn't support its own Contact Us form we came across the Hulk Form Builder. This is an amazing app, with a very user-friendly interface, and easy to operate. The Hulk support team has been amazing and was very supportive of getting us set up. We would recommend this app to anyone who looks for a fast and easy solution with the potential to upgrade and integrate other tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager.
