This app is incredibly easy to use, with a smooth setup and intuitive features. What truly stands out is the outstanding customer support. Anytime I needed help, they responded quickly with clear solutions. I'm very impressed with both the app and the service. 10/10, highly recommend it for any Shopify store!

Formful is an easy to use App for your Shopify Store. I had some special requests, which were answered really fast and really professional. Now I am 100% happy and I tried different form apps, but this is the best!

Form doesn't get emailed to the email addresses - even though it has been configured to. Sent a message to their support over a week ago and no response. This is a paid app and I would expect better. I now have to uninstall this app, find a new one, and rebuild all the forms. Do not recommend.

Amazing, this App is perfect and fullfill all my needs. Made with brain i would say. Just there is a problem with the VAT field if its required, it allways says i need to fill it even its filled. Same for the phone field if a check the validation, even the format is correct it says its not correct. If this works, you have a new customer. Many thanks.

needed a Theme added, took a while but eventually got it fix, app is good and integrates well with my theme.

Had incredibly support in minutes. Worked perfectly for us, especially with hidden fields. We need a tool like this to capture information when a customer wants to order a custom or made-to-order product. This will allow us to do that with ease, and also ease of the customer since we can use the form to capture most information without the customer needing to input it themselves, which saves time for them and speeds up the process.

The app is very flexible and had exactly what we needed, both in terms of the form itself and of the related automations. Beyond that, the developer (Stefano) responded quickly to inquiries, and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
