FoundVia Post‑Purchase Survey

FoundVia is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to ask buyers how they found their store after checkout. The app shows one optional post-purchase question on the Thank You page and Order Status for signed-in buyers, giving merchants insights into the most common answers. Merchants can customize the question, answer choices, and thank-you message, preview the survey, and publish it when ready. FoundVia also provides features to review answer counts and shares over different time periods, view order-value snapshots by currency, and export retained answers as CSV.
