Three days before launching our (previously M2) store on Shopify we ran into an issue with our existing UGC partner and had to find a new solution FAST. They guided us through multiple on-site gallery installations, and trained us on how to use their product before the end of the day. Our account rep was so lovely and helpful and took personal time to check on us throughout the weekend. We launched with great success and on time. We’ve never experienced better customer service, a true partner. Their product matches their service. It’s easy to use, customizable, and the Shopify App integration is top notch.
