Foxrate: Wholesale Approvals
Foxrate: Wholesale Approvals helps merchants manage wholesale applications by letting businesses apply through a self-serve form and then routing those applications into a single approval queue. When an application is approved, the app automatically creates a Shopify company, location, and contact, including tax registration and shipping address when provided, which reduces manual setup and speeds up onboarding. Merchants can customize the application fields to collect details like website, tax ID, business type, expected volume, and address, while rejected applications remain in history without creating a company.

Clean, well-designed app with a very clear idea: wholesale customers apply through a public form, and you review everything in one queue instead of going back and forth by email. From what I’ve seen so far, approving an application sets up the Shopify company, location and payment terms automatically, which should save a lot of manual setup. The interface is simple and easy to understand from the first screen. Looking forward to using it more as our wholesale side grows.
