This app has been great for increasing our online sales on our website. The team were really helpful in setting it up and answering all our questions. Then they went through how it worked and how to do tweaks. Weekly we get an email of the increase in sales from using the ap and it's amazing, a massive increase. I would highly recommend. THANKS TEAM :-)

this is the second store were we apply this! its the 1st time an APP that works PERFECT OUT OF THE BOX! and yet developer dont yet come edit theme to the most perfect way, iam ansious to see after developer touch the theme ahah :) super!

If I could give this app 20 stars, I would. Let me start off by saying that Bunty is amazing. I downloaded this app and within 3 hours I had a personalized email from Bunty welcoming me. Bunty was very good at explaining the app and how things would roll out. Bunty also noticed a tech glitch (that had nothing to do with the Frankie app) and suggested I have it looked at. I told him that I was aware and was waiting to hear back from support. Bunty then OFFERED.....OFFERED to take a look at it and fix it if he could. What can I say, going above and beyond isnt even enough to describe how helpful the people who run this app are. They'll support you any way that they can, even if its not a part of their app. Im sticking with this app. They want their users to make money, and will support them any way that they can Thank you Bunty! (BTW, I still have not heard back from the app owners of the tech glitch.) Thants ok, Bunty to the rescue! Personalized app----Personalized Service.. Win Win!

This is a great app, loads of customizations available, bust most importantly it works. Upsell and top picks have an excellent conversion rate - better than previous recommendation apps I have used. The AI knows...

This app has seen an 18% increase in sales from our last recommended app. The support has been amazing and have gone The extra mile for us. Get this app and you should see a very nice ROI.

This is a really solid recommendations app. It has performed consistently well with a great conversion rate. The support that we have received from the team at Frankie has been top drawer, and any help I have needed has been provided almost immediately. I have found this app to have a far superior conversion rate to the previous recommendations app I used. Keep up the good work!

The Frankie App is a no-brainer for anyone that wants to sell more. Easy to install and set up and there is great help on hand from the team if you want it. It creates a nice looking image gallery for your store that simply makes customer conversions increase. No downside. Strongly Recommend.

I was looking for a new recommendation app for my store and Frankie ticked all the boxes. I decided to give it a shot and was gladly surprised with the prompt and professional support as well as how intuitive the app dashboard is. I can highly recommend this app!

Frankie has been a fabulous addition to our online store. It offers a greater level of service and thoughtfulness for the customer helping them staying longer on our site and assisting them in making better purchases. This has resulted in less returns and bigger basket sizes! An exciting opportunity to make our digital experience a little bit more like our customer facing experience which is important to our brand.

We have used Frankie app for five months and achieved a 5.2% conversion rate when using the app. The team are super helpful and supportive with getting setup and providing ongoing advice regarding the app. I recommend this app to anyone trying to improve their conversion rate.

I tried several up-sell apps, and keep Frankie only. It looks good, easy to implement, and make me sell more from day 1. Every online store need an AI salesman inside, give Frankie a shot.

They have created a superb app, with a fantastic weekly email update and an ultra-responsive support team, I highly recommend utilising them as part of your website sales platform.
