THE CASEMAKER review for Fraud Filter

Doesn't seem to work. I am trying a block a specific customer from buying any products or contacting me via my store contact form (the person keeps harassing me with offensive messages) but regardless of what rule I create it makes no difference. Really disappointed. Any help making that work?
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. While Fraud Filter doesn't prevent customers from messaging you, you can block them from checking out on your store. If you'd like to block someone from contacting you, then you can block their email through the inbox from your email provider. That being said, to block customers from checking out, you can block them using their email or IP address.
