FraudPilot: Order Triage allows ecommerce merchants to review risky orders efficiently, make quick decisions, and maintain an exportable log for chargeback evidence. The app consolidates Shopify-flagged risky orders into a single queue, providing context such as flag reasons, order details, location, IP, and past decisions on the same buyer. Merchants can approve, cancel, or tag orders with a single click, and each action is recorded in an immutable decision log that can be exported as CSV for representment evidence.
