Great app, very effective. Customer service is receptive to new ideas. We got this app to stop Amazon Resellers and it's been working very wel.

Best app for creating fraud rules! We used to use Fraud Filter, and Fraud Falcon isn’t just a great replacement—it’s way better. Their support team is incredible—always there when you need them, and they handled the entire migration for us. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Saving money on chargebacks is great. easy installation and configuration. We also worked with the team to import some rules from FraudFalcon

Love this App! It automatically catches suspicious orders and handles them based on rules we set up. Saved us from some chargebacks already. Setup was super easy. Definitely worth it if you want to prevent chargebacks. 5/5
