This app has been a game changer for my business. Since installing it, we’ve seen a huge drop in fraudulent orders and almost zero chargebacks. The system does a great job at flagging risky transactions before they become a problem, which saves both time and money. What I really like is how easy it is to use. Everything is clear, automated, and doesn’t slow down legit customers. It gives real peace of mind knowing your store is protected in the background.

Very good app to prevent fraudulent orders. Since we've installed it, the number of chargebacks has decreased considerably. Also, it's really easy to set up and use. The support team is responsive and takes into account your requests. Super recommendable!

It holds suspicious payments before capture, uses smart AI scoring, and sends verification emails to confirm real buyers — all without hurting sales. The automations are super helpful too. Helps a lot against fraud! All risky orders are automatically placed on payment and fulfillment hold, while good orders pass through as usual, keeping things much more organized than when we only had manual capture enabled before. Also, the verification feature is genius! Getting those medium-risk orders verified actually helped recover a sale we would’ve canceled before.

Finally, a Fraud App That Actually Protects! My store got hit hard - High risk orders, chargebacks, and fees stacking up fast. This app stops the damage before it happens, without messing with real customers. Exactly what every store should have running in the background. a must have!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app honestly surprised me in a good way. Even though it’s new, it runs super smoothly and quietly in the background, flagging suspicious orders before payment and handling safe ones automatically. It’s taken a big weight off my shoulders and saved me a ton of time with tagging, email checks, and smart automation. Setup was quick, support was helpful, and it’s given me real peace of mind. Feels like having an extra set of eyes on every order... totally recommend
